The Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards - TSRS S1 and S2, which were made mandatory for businesses of a certain scale as of January 1, 2024, by the Sustainability Standards Department of the Public Oversight Authority responsible for sustainability activities in Turkey, have gained great importance in sustainability reporting processes in the country.
The scale of the reporting obligation within the framework of TSRS S1-S2 standards, which require businesses to report on sustainability issues and climate-related opportunities and risks, will expand every year. These standards will become relevant for all businesses in the coming years.
